Keeps unlinking to Google Fit so that steps and workouts aren't counted. Has login problems - like it always authenticates via my work email (which I don't have access to on my phone), the security code takes forever to get emailed, and then it makes you do this almost every time you sign in. Setting up biometric authentication does nothing. No phone number/texting option for authorization. Very behind Rewards are achievable, but often the app stops you from achieving them regularly.

No longer tracks sleep. & even when it did, you wouldn't see it right away when app uploaded. you would need to go in the 1st menu, then to a 2nd menu to find the sleep tracker, then it doesn't show up until you go back out and do the same process all over again about 2 or 3 more times. did not realized that tracking my info was connected with my insurance company. it still takes long for my insurance log in window to pop up. 🙃 😩 😐 😒

Melissa Herke

The app does not sync automatically. You have to manually sync your information. If it rolls into a new day and your phone is unsynced then you lose all of your data for the previous day. I have reached out to customer service numerous times with various issues but it takes them days to respond. Also they do not seem to be very competent, as I've stated in the email the steps that I have taken to rectify issues and they proceeded to give me the same set of instructions.

Ben Sievers

Mediocre app, doesn't offer much really. But is only being used because it's required for insurance discount by St. Lukes. Many watches and fitness apps are not available. Adding Fitbod and other apps would be helpful. UPDATE. Tried contacting customer service multiple times. It is not effective. I went through all troubleshooting options with no use. looking through reviews it appears they auto reply to comments but do not take effort to fix issues. Reviews go way back with similar issues.

This app is extremely buggy on my android device. Bad enough to the point it is unusable. The previous version worked better. I have to use this for my employer health insurance and will be complaining. I'd give more detailed feedback so you can fix it if there was a place to do so and if the feedback would be acted on. One example: the in app pop up that I earned 7000 steps for today keeps popping up after I dimiss it. Like hundreds of times. Makes it impossible to do anything.

They went from Virgin Pulse, which refused to actually connect to any real tracking program or device, to this new Personify Health app and in doing so removed a bunch of data and features that were important in the prior app. I've responded to surveys and sent suggestions for the last couple years of using the app and nothing has changed. When I reached out to customer support nothing has changed.

What an awful app. It's impossible to find things you know should be there. Some links don't work. I especially like clicking on Support, then Contact Us and getting an error message. What especially irks me is that the home page changes every other day. It's supposed to show the rewards points collected and how far you need to go. But some days that section is replaced with a second box for daily cards, right above the box for...daily cards. On those days, no point tally can be found ANYWHERE.

Heather Leyva

App is horrendous. My rewards are not being added. My husband has account, his aren't being added. I completed 30 journeys and on my rewards statement got credit for 1. No way to view your completed challenges, only ongoing challenges. I know I completed way more than 2, but rewards statement only gave credit for 3. But no way to view your complete challenges. When you went to file a help ticket the whole app would crash and close...now you go to file one and it says, not logged it. When I am

Leah Beavers

This app is atrocious. We have used other variations that were ok. The android version keeps covering up Rewards with the daily cards and I can't find another way to get to them. It's 2025 and I am still unable to log preventative care appointments for this year. Everything is stuck in 2024. To top it off you get a 404 error when you try to chat with anyone.

It will not synch with Samsung Health. I went into each apps settings for permission (including my watch), I read and tried all the help suggestions disconnecting and connected at least 25 times, I un-installed and reinstalled both apps, still not synching. Bluecross, find another provider, this one is not working.

Can't change settings to make the app inclusive to people of all health backgrounds. In treatment for an ED and find it very triggering that the app asks me to enter measurements (weight, calories, waist size). Despite not tracking anything related to weight loss or nutrition in my habits, this action continues to pop up. I only use this app for my job. Once I have met the point requirements, I will stop using.

Ursula Brown

Changing from Virgin Pulse to Personify Health has been a nightmare. All suggested troubleshooting steps have been taken with no resolution to the issue of Max Go not syncing to app. Support is no help since they are going through the same troubleshooting steps I've already taken then escalating and then never contacting you back with info, suggestions or a resolution.

Alen Smajic

Ever since this new company has taken over it has been nothing but issues and discontinuing certain apps from connecting and syncing issues. After I get my 20k points for this quarter since I already started I will be deleting this and encouraging everyone I know to do the same. Reached out to customer service and they were about as useful as the syncing mechanics on this app. Still losing out of thousands of points because my calorie tracker, and 20 days of walking 7k/10k steps not registering.

Raquel Robinson

I have not been able to link my apps or devices to this app. I have to manually enter my steps, because the data is not importing from Myfittnesspal and it does not give me the option to connect to Samsung Health nor Google Fit. I've tried all their troubleshooting options, including uninstall and reinstall the apps, but nothing seems to work. This is supposed to help me earn rewards for my health insurance, but so far it has been useless. No way to contact someone for actual support.

John McNiece

This app was updated and renamed and now it sucks. it barely manages to track a tenth of my steps, refuses to stay logged in, I have to relink my device every time I log in and it often refuses to open. This really sucks because my employer uses it for health tracking and this is going to cost me $600 of productivity bonuses. Fix or roll.it back to the previous version which worked. edit: they updated it so now it only fails to track steps half of the time... still crapware

Derek Landis

Edit: okay, now they've updated the app again, and it's awful. Just awful. There are redundant tiles, you can't navigate to your rewards in app, and the new layouts are not intuitive or customizable. You have to hunt around to find the content or challenges you're looking for.

Mad Man

They changed the rewards system so you no longer earn cash just hsa. On top of that the requirements to do so moved from 7000 steps a day to 10000 steps. They are also forcing engagement by only allowing data to be back dated by a week so you are forced to log on to sinc data or select health habits since my fitness pal calorie tracking is no longer considered a healthy habit.

Andrea Shcolnik

App doesn't sync data. Missing out on points daily. Myfitnrsspal only works if I go to nutrition and have to login every time. It no longer syncs from the app like it used to. Same with either Google fit or Samsung health. It's not syncing everything. Very frustrating. Now it's saying there is a new version but in play store it's not showing an update. I literally have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times in the last 24 hours hoping to fix the sync error and now it won't let me do anything.

Jason Olsen

Update...app is even worse. It no longer shows my daily Stats, so there's no way to confirm and track my steps and workouts. No way to manually enter anything in. Have no idea if my watch is syncing because it doesn't show anything. Absolute garbage. Since the latest update, the app is clunky and not user friendly at all. Bring back the bar graphs for steps and workouts and bring back the functionality that would combine steps and workouts to show you reached your steps goal for the day.

Michelle Ormerod

Updated 1/2025: downloaded new iSync on my desktop and nothing happens after I plug in my device. And now my phone app will not go through the steps to add a new device. Basically entirely useless. Recent updates are glitchy. Some days not all activities are available in the app. Now I've been logged out and forced to reset my password but app always says it is incorrect even though I can log in to the website fine with it. Can't upload my steps. What's the point?
